Pickleball Court Lighting

Things to consider for Pickleball Court Lighting:
  • Optimal visibility and uniform illumination: A high-quality system ensures consistent brightness across the entire playing surface. This eliminates shadows and dark spots that can affect a player's ability to see the ball and boundary lines.
  • Glare control: Advanced optics and shielding direct light precisely onto the court, preventing harsh glare that can impair a player's vision. For indoor courts, this may include using direct/indirect lighting to fill the airspace and reduce glare.
  • Energy efficiency and long lifespan: Modern LED lighting significantly reduces energy consumption and provides a much longer lifespan than traditional lighting, which lowers long-term maintenance and operating costs.
  • Compliance with standards: Ensure the lighting meets the performance standards set by the USA Pickleball Association, including recommended foot-candle levels and light uniformity ratios.
  • Designed to meet USA Pickleball standards, our LED court lighting system provides an average of 30 foot-candles (fc) of uniform illumination with a max/min ratio of 2.0 or less. Fixtures are mounted on 20-foot poles to minimize shadows and glare, ensuring clear visibility even on high-arcing shots. The system features energy-efficient, long-life LEDs with a 5000K color temperature for a bright, clear white light on the court.
  • Extend your pickleball playtime into the evening with our residential-grade court lighting. This system delivers a pleasant, consistent light to keep the game going after sunset. The fixtures provide excellent visibility without producing distracting glare for players or neighbors. A warm 4000K color temperature creates a soft, inviting glow for casual, residential games.
